為維護工(gong)業控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統安(an)全,產業界(jie)在(zai)(zai)三大技(ji)術和(he)產品方向攻(gong)堅克難(nan),取得了一(yi)定成果。一(yi)是工(gong)控(kong)(kong)電腦主(zhu)板基于邊界(jie)和(he)區域防(fang)護的理念,我國已經形成成熟(shu)的工(gong)業防(fang)火(huo)墻(qiang)(qiang)技(ji)術體系(xi)。基于MIPS架構,通(tong)過(guo)對工(gong)業控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)協議(yi)的深(shen)度(du)解析(xi),運用“白(bai)名單(dan)+智能學(xue)習”技(ji)術建立工(gong)控(kong)(kong)網(wang)絡(luo)安(an)全通(tong)信模型,阻斷一(yi)切(qie)非法訪問(wen),僅允許(xu)可信的流(liu)量在(zai)(zai)網(wang)絡(luo)上傳輸。為工(gong)控(kong)(kong)網(wang)絡(luo)與(yu)外部網(wang)絡(luo)互聯、工(gong)控(kong)(kong)網(wang)絡(luo)內部區域之間的連接提供安(an)全保(bao)障。2013年,國內首款電力系(xi)統工(gong)業級防(fang)火(huo)墻(qiang)(qiang)投入使用。目前,以天融(rong)信等產品為代表的工(gong)業防(fang)火(huo)墻(qiang)(qiang),已經廣泛應用在(zai)(zai)電力、石油、石化(hua)、軌交、市政、煙(yan)草(cao)及先(xian)進(jin)(jin)制(zhi)造等多領域。系(xi)統能夠滿足(zu)工(gong)控(kong)(kong)行業的規范要求,防(fang)范外部惡意攻(gong)擊,杜絕內部安(an)全隱患,對工(gong)業協議(yi)進(jin)(jin)行深(shen)度(du)分(fen)析(xi),理解和(he)建構正常(chang)通(tong)信行為,并提供精準實時的協議(yi)指令級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)。

2016年9月,新疆工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)控(kong)制系統(tong)網(wang)絡(luo)安(an)全態(tai)勢感(gan)知(zhi)平臺(tai)上線。2017年,360推出國內工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)安(an)全態(tai)勢感(gan)知(zhi)系統(tong),建立協同(tong)聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)機制,提升整個工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)的安(an)全防護(hu)水平。
三(san)是(shi)工控(kong)(kong)電腦(nao)主板建成工控(kong)(kong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)演(yan)練(lian)平臺。工業網(wang)絡(luo)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)演(yan)練(lian)平臺可(ke)以(yi)為各類用戶(hu)提供一(yi)系列網(wang)絡(luo)化聯合應(ying)用,包括支撐國家(jia)(jia)關鍵基(ji)礎設施安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)護體系建設、自主可(ke)控(kong)(kong)軟硬件安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)、技術和(he)(he)服務安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing)審查和(he)(he)下一(yi)代網(wang)絡(luo)與大數據安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)研究(jiu)等(deng)(deng)應(ying)用。2017年,由國家(jia)(jia)工業信(xin)息安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)發(fa)展研究(jiu)中(zhong)心主導的(de)工業信(xin)息安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)演(yan)練(lian)平臺一(yi)期建設工作順利(li)完成。通過國家(jia)(jia)級工業網(wang)絡(luo)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)演(yan)練(lian)平臺的(de)頂層設計與體系建設,可(ke)以(yi)完成網(wang)絡(luo)空間工控(kong)(kong)網(wang)絡(luo)體系規劃(hua)論證(zheng)、能(neng)力測試(shi)(shi)(shi)評估、產品研發(fa)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、產品安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)性(xing)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)、人才教育培養等(deng)(deng)任(ren)務。
